Basement has 9f ceilings, can lights throughout, cement exterior walls, hardwood doors, it is easy to forget that this is a basement. The west apartment has a light honey tone knotty alder door, the east apartment has a dark coffee colored oak door. Guest access The common area is open, the areas behind doors is considered private.
