The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms - 1 of which has an additional sofa bed - for max. 7 people3 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT €125 FINAL CLEANING is incurred and that the tourist tax of €2.60 per adult (children up to the age of 15 years of age are free) is to be paid in cash directly on site. COSTS for pets €20 per day! The space In our house there are a total of 2 apartments and there is of course also the possibility to book both apartments for a larger group of 12 to max. 15 people. Our house is located 4 km above Zell am Ziller in the district of "Dörfl" at 950 m altitude. Just a few meters from our house is the bus stop and the valley station of the Gerlossteinbahn, with which you can reach a family-friendly ski resort as well as the 7 km long toboggan run.
