105 Branch Street is within walking distance to Bennington's vibrant downtown, including wonderful shops and restaurants. This location has convenient access to plenty of outdoor recreational activities. We're just 4.20 friendly miles to The Long Trail, 1.5 miles to the Bald Mountain trail, and 2 miles to the Willow Park Disc Golf Course. This home has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room and workspace, and four cozy bedrooms to sleep up to 7 guests. Our Airbnb is located on a residential street in Downtown Bennington, VT. Off-street parking is available and there is a small, fenced-in back yard. Enter through the back door into a mud room/breakfast area that flows into a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is a half bathroom located just off the dining room. Upstairs there are four cozy bedrooms with light-filtering curtains. Two full-size beds, one twin, and one bunk bed (twin). The upstairs bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a bench and is stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Guests are welcome to the first and second floor, as well as our back yard and front porch. We ask that guests not use the basement space. We are available via telephone or Airbnb message if you should need assistance during your stay. We live a little ways away from the house and are not readily available in person, but are able to respond to questions quickly via telephone/message. If you encounter an issue that needs to be attended to in person, we will do our best to respond quickly! Our home is located in a residential neighborhood in historic downtown Bennington, Vermont. The house is a short walk to town for restaurants and shopping. Off street parking is available.
