All bedrooms are on the second floor with steep steps but there is a sturdy handrail. Amenities within walking distance include post office, convenience store, package store, several churches, diner, art studio/gallery, three drinking establishments, community park and playgrounds, all with a wonderful small town good feel. And only minutes from Oxford. West College Corner, Indiana and College Corner, Ohio are the same town. We share two states and three counties (Butler and Preble in Ohio and Union in Indiana). The state line runs through the middle of the elementary school gym, so half the school is in Indiana, the other half in Ohio. Unique? You bet. You will love it here. We are only minutes from Oxford, Miami University and Hueston Woods State Park. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, the wonderful back deck and large fenced in back yard. Enjoy some croquet or corn toss games! Self check-in with the backdoor code makes arrival easy. We live in town and are only a phone call away if you have any questions or concerns. You won't even see us unless you'd like to!
