All The Comforts

This luxury home is over 1800 square feet, featuring 3 bedrooms a great room and two full bathrooms. Brand New in 2018, this home is built with all the comforts and space to spread out and still be homey. The Neighborhood is very family friendly and we are about 5 minutes from the Eugene Airport. Downtown Eugene is about a 15 minute drive from our home. Cooking in this gourmet kitchen allows the space for prep and conversation for all. Outdoor space is made for relaxation with a hot-tub. The space We have a no-shoes / no-smoking policy for inside this home. The Master Bedroom has a lot of room with a King size bed and fireplace. The Guest Bedroom has a day bed and trundle allowing for two twin beds and a small 32" TV. The third room is our Theater Room with a 70" 3D TV, fireplace and 2 Chase Lounge Chairs that lay back to make two additional twin beds. There will be all the amenities of a home including kitchen dishes, cooking utensils, etc... and all the stuff for family dinners if you wish to cook. There is a 48" TV in the main living area for gathering for a game or movie with the family with a fireplace. The kitchen is large with ample room to cook with an island bar for conversation during meal prep and for gathering with friends or family. The outdoor space is amazing, backed up to wetlands allowing for some privacy and a 4 person hot-tub that can be used to relax in for evenings or coffee in the morning. There is a BBQ to use and a table with an umbrella for having some lunch outside. We will have a 'Pack & Play Crib for use if needed and some children books and toys. Private Entrance with Smart Lock for easy self check-in. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself (excluding the garage, master closet, a few cupboards and out building).
