Bright apartment 100 meters from the beach

50 m² apartment renovated to accommodate you in the best way, very bright and quiet, it is conveniently located. As close as possible to nature, between sea and forest, we have favored natural, sober and elegant materials (tadelakt, granite, wood...) Without neighbors, enjoy the light of the coast and the surrounding greenery. While remaining quiet, you will be in close proximity to the beach and forest, the fair (April to Sept), shops and restaurants, supermarket. The space We offer a very bright apartment, you live inside as if you were outside, very well exposed and without neighbors. You have access to: - entrance with storage area: wardrobe, shoes, miscellaneous - equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, stove, hood, kettle, coffee maker, toaster... - living room with TV lounge, small library (books to consult on site!) and dining room. - bathroom with shower, storage, washing machine. - bedroom 1 with a bunk bed (90 x 190) and baby bed possible + clothes storage - bedroom 2 with a double bed (140 x 200) with wardrobe closet + shelves. The corridor that serves the apartment is a common space that you can use by leaving it globally accessible. It is not possible to put bicycles there. In the immediate vicinity: Cèpe beach (100 m), supermarkets (bread and pastries) 50 m and 80 m away, cinema (currently closed), restaurants and pharmacy, shopping streets and entertainment (funfair from April), Market, Coubre Forest... Free parking at the foot of the apartment for cars and you can also find a place to hang your bikes ;-) Ideally located, you will enjoy all the amenities and pleasure of life at the beach while being in a quiet area. A linen kit is available on request and to be paid on site: €15 for 2 people / €20 from 3 people Includes 1 dish towel, 1 shower mat, 1 towel/person, a set of mattress cover, duvet cover, pillowcase/bed reserved. Please note length of stay: 2 nights minimum. In July and August we prefer weekly reservations, from Saturday to Saturday, except for last-minute availability. We are committed to offering a good quality of reception, so you will be welcomed in person to tour the apartment at the entrance and also at the exit to ensure that everything went well, it is up to you to maintain the apartment in a good state of maintenance and to return it as you found it :-) Guest access Full access to the accommodation. Other things to note Wi-Fi Smart TV offering only free channels (France TV, Arte...) Tenants with paid access can use them (Netflix, Canal +, Groupe TF1 or M6...)
