Easily accessible by car and transport, it is conveniently located for a magical stay at Disneyland Paris (10-15 min) or to discover Paris (45 min). The residence is next to the large Val-d'Europe shopping center and its Vallée Village (10 min walk). For your relaxation, you will also find the Aquatonic Spa (25 min). The space The "cozy place" studio is fully equipped: - A kitchen with a hob and a microwave. Utensils and dishes are at your disposal. "Senseo" coffee machine and kettle. We provide coffee and tea. - A sofa that converts into a bed in no time. Duvet, sheets and pillows are provided for your comfort. - For toddlers, there is a baby bed available. - A bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Bath towels are provided as well as everyday hygiene products (toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, cotton). - A wardrobe to store your luggage during your stay. - WIFI available with a QR code for easy internet access. Guest access During your stay, you have access to the entire apartment. The residence also provides a paid laundry on the ground floor. Other things to note Check-in is done independently, I open the residence remotely. Check-in is from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. Please contact me for special requests. Check-out is at 11 a.m. At any time during your stay, I can be reached by phone or Airbnb messaging. Housekeeping fees are applied in particular for the maintenance of the place and supplies (towels, sheets, duvet and pillows). For your information, the cleaning of the linen is carried out by a professional service provider as well as the cleaning of the apartment. A discount is automatically applied for stays of several nights. If the accommodation is returned in a state of significant dirt, maintenance fees may be applied in addition.
