Vacation Loft Sky Blue with Garden - 1870 Uckermark

This wonderful, 120 m² spacious holiday loft with garden and unobstructed views of nature is located in our listed house from 1870 and was stylishly and comfortably renovated with a lot of love, patience and passion. The apartment is on the upper floor and sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The spacious living area invites you to linger even on bad weather days. In the idyllic garden there is a dining area, sun loungers and a grill. The space The location of the historic farmhouse directly on the edge of the field, without traffic, offers those seeking relaxation a lot of peace. When renovating the 120 m² attic, we placed particular emphasis on tasteful design and individual, high-quality furnishings. The imposing - and unusual for this type of building - ceiling height of almost 4 m and the generous room layout ensure a unique living experience. The kitchen was particularly important to us, as experience has shown that it is a lot of fun here in the countryside to cook and bake well in peace and with a lot of leisure. That is why we have placed great emphasis on extensive amenities, so that nothing should be missing when cooking. A large assortment of dishes awaits you and from the cake baking dish to the purée rod you will find just about everything. The fully automatic espresso machine is filled with a starter portion of espresso beans upon your arrival, so you don't have to worry about the first cups of coffee ;-). In the spacious living/dining area you can chill on the comfortable sofa, read, watch TV ... and on cold days look into the crackling fire in the fireplace. From the reading chair you can look to the horizon over the field and in the spring you can watch the swallows from close up while they build their nests. The cozy bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, in which you can also spend a whole vacation day in the cozy bedding... In the private garden area of the vacation loft, there is a large dining area, sun loungers and a Weber grill for pleasant hours outdoors. You will find cushions and blankets for cool hours in the apartment. The extensive property is about 8000 m² and invites you to take small walks directly from the front door. A second bathroom (right next to the apartment door) can be booked on request. Right next door is the mini-apartment Jägerhütte for 2 people, which can be booked on request. This makes the accommodation also suitable for larger groups of up to 8 people. The apartment is part of the vacation home "1870 Uckermark." On the first floor is the apartment Sommergrün, which can accommodate up to 5 people. --- Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Guest access The apartment is at your disposal alone, including the private garden area with outdoor dining area, grill and deck chairs. The spacious communal garden in the back of the property is open to all residents for strolling and lingering. Other things to note On the first floor of the house is the apartment "Sommergrün" (with its own garden). The mini apartment "Jägerhütte" in the roof can also be reached via the staircase, which also leads to "Himmelblau". The adjoining house and garden has been used by us privately (for 16 years) as a holiday and weekend home and has now become our second home :-)
