Gresham house is located 25-30 minutes away from Portland Downtown and 15-20 minutes from the Portland International Airport. Our house has a beautiful view, large yard and deck space. Living Room: - Comfortable seating area with large leather sofa with large TV Dining Room: - Large table with seating for 8 with large windows overlooking the downtown scenery Kitchen: - Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, stemware and flatware - Dishwasher and stove - Basic cooking essentials Guest access Guest are able to access their booked rooms, living room space, kitchen, and backyard Other things to note Guests are more than welcome to use yard and deck. Of note, Happy Gresham House is surrounded by quiet neighborhoods; thus, absolutely no party is allowed. Guest access Room availability is determined by the number of guests. Reservations with up to 5 guests, only 3 bedrooms are provided (1 king, 2 queens, and couches). Reservations with 6 guests, “one” extra room code will be provided in the lower floor Reservations with 7 or more guests, “two” room codes will be provided in the lower floor Other things to note Garage is not open for guests. Guest may park on drive way Parking is only allow on driveway (2) and our curbside. Max 3 cars allowed
