Great outdoor space! The space There are three levels to this house. There is an Airbnb listing upstairs, occupants on the main level of this home…. Aaaaand the latest addition is The Bunglory:The Lily in the Valley, which is the guesthouse out back. YOU have selected the 3br/2ba Apartment Downstairs . It has its own private access and entrance. Parking is coordinated. There is a full kitchen, laundry, 2 baths, gym, jacuzzi and extra garage space in the apartment with 3 beds and 3 sleeper sofas. One sleeper is in the living room and 2 bedrooms also have a sleeper sofa in them. *Disclaimer: our top goals in your comfort are cleanliness and sanitation. With that said, if furnishings look different than pictured, FUNCTION should not. From stay to stay, we reserve the right and address the necessity to change furnishings and decor to enhance your stay. No smoking in the house but outside is permissible. There is also an old tennis court adjacent and up the hill (climb at your own risk or walk up the driveway to the stairs. It has basketball goals on it. I enjoy sharing the space and allowing the young and young at heart to play. I call it a Multipurpose court. Good for a walking track, wall tennis and other court games that might require a net, but the nets aren’t included (badminton, volleyball, tennis). Balls and bases are in the deck box 🗃️. Please discard any trash in the can on the court.
