Luxury Studio in forest hills 5min LGA 12 min JFK

Looking for a beautiful, clean, luxurious place to stay while visiting “The Big Apple” AKA New York City. This home away from home is located right across the street of 24 hour supermarket- along with many stores more stores/restaurants on the strip. This newly renovated studio is - 2-5 min away from all major highways - 10 min walking distance from a beautiful lake & Fresh Meadows park - 5 min drive or 20 min walk from the famous Austin street -20 min drive or train ride to Manhattan The space The living area has a beautiful comfortable cushioned couch, coffee table & fire tv all surrounded by beautiful natural light. The full kitchen provides stove/oven, utensils, dish-ware, toaster, sink, full fridge/freezer etc The bedroom area provides a luxury queen mattress that will allow you to get an amazing nights rest, with hotel collection pillows & cover! The full bathroom has access to fresh towels, soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The patio/front-yard with table/umbrella is a shared space by the owners, you have access to it as long as you reserve it when booking:) Guest access You have full access to the whole studio & access to front yard as long as it’s requested in advance! Other things to note There is NO smoking anything in the house or front yard. We have kids in the house. No loud music. Please also do not flush any wet wipes or any Products other than tissue paper in the toilet.  There is parking available in the back 25$/day but must be requested at the time of booking & I will request price adjustment for the parking, If it’s available we will offer it:) We do require a personal profile photo of the person booking 30+ day rentals require photo id to be present
