Completely Renovated Beach Front: Exquisite views

Three bedroom Beach House with exquisite Lake Erie views in Long Point. Renovated from top to bottom. Sandy beach views, biking, bird watching, access to marinas nearby for fishing/boat rentals. Eco Adventure Tours, Winery, Grocery Store (Port Rowan 10 min) all nearby. The space Leashed Dogs allowed on the beach but note it is not fenced in. Dogs to be leashed outside at all times. Unfortunately only 2 dogs max allowed and no cats or other animals please. We provide a stake long leash and dog bowls if you indicate and pay for dog fees. Guest access The entire beach house and the beach in front of the deck to the markers is private for you and your guests to enjoy. Other things to note Since there are no laundry services we ask the renters to bring all bedding ie/ comforter, sheets and pillows/covers . We have 3 backup vinyl pillows as a backup. Comfortably suits 6 guests but up to 8 guests if necessary with the overflow to the main living area on the queen convertible couch. Mattress cover inside the couch itself ... just lift it up.
