Condo w/Water Views, Pool, Fishing, & Boat Slip!

Peaceful and centrally-located condo with a beautiful canal view . Grab your favorite someone and enjoy your favorite drink on the water front balcony or relax in the evening at the pool after a long day at the nearby beach. This is a well stocked 2 bedroom unit featuring a king, queen, and queen couch bed in the living room to sleep a total of 6. This second floor unit features an elevator, so no need for the stairs after visiting the local island shops and restaurants! The space Don't forget to bring your boat! This unit has a designated boat slip with a lift. Trailers are NOT permitted in the parking lot but you may park them on the street. You will find two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and a private balcony. The kitchen has dishes, we provide towels in the bathrooms, but not beach towels. One story unit, on the2nd floor, there is an elevator though. The pool is shared with the complex. Trailers are NOT allowed to park in the parking lot at the complex. Grills are not permitted per HOA Animals are NOT ALLOWED. Guest access Guests will have access to the pool, elevator, and deck that runs along the canal by the condo. This unit also has a private boat slip which will allow you to get to the intercoastal quickly! Other things to note Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home! We provide a coffee pot, but be sure to pack your own coffee.
