The Naturelodge is surrounded by nature and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: a wood-fired hot tub, fire pit, wood stove, and a spacious private garden. Thanks to the large windows, the indoors blend seamlessly with the outdoors. During the day, enjoy uninterrupted views of the heath, and at night, watch the stars and moon from your bed through the glass roof. A unique getaway for nature lovers, peace seekers, and anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The spacious natural garden overlooks the heathlands of Dwingelderveld National Park. The large terrace features a hot tub, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and a large dining table. A yoga mat and meditation cushion are also available. Inside, the lodge offers a bright open-plan living space with the sleeping area located at the rear, beneath the glass roof. The beautifully restored kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, while the dining area and seating area around the wood stove create a warm and cosy atmosphere. French doors open directly onto the terrace, inviting you to enjoy outdoor living. Surrounding the lodge is a large private garden with several seating areas, a fire pit, and hammocks. The lodge has private parking for up to two cars and a small shed for firewood storage, which can also be used to store bicycles. Numerous walking and cycling routes start right from the doorstep. The sleeping area with the double bed can be separated from the rest of the lodge by a curtain. The loft contains two single beds. The glass roof can be covered with blinds for privacy and shade. Upon request, the double bed can be converted into a spacious family bed (200 x 220 cm). For younger guests, a baby cot and high chair can be provided. The beds are made up with comfortable all-season duvets. Kitchen towels and one bath towel per guest are provided. We also supply coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, and toilet paper. Other things to note Would you like to enjoy the wood-fired hot tub? We charge additional costs of 80 euros for this. Please indicate in advance whether you want to use it, we will ensure that it is filled and you can light it yourself with the prepared wood! Heating takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the water and ambient temperature. We prepare enough wood to heat the hot tub and usually heat it once again. If you want to use it more often, extra wood is available for 10 euro a bag. If you want to use the tub for cold training, we will fill the tub for you with groundwater of 4-8 degrees. The additional costs are 30 euros. Are you booking a short weekend with departure on Sunday? Do you wish to take your time and enjoy longer? Use our late check-out! For 50 euro you can extend your stay till 18:00. Please inform us if you want to enjoy longer on Sunday. The Naturelodge is located in Dassenburcht park, accessible via a barrier. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool that is open in the summer season and which you can use free of charge. The swimming pool is located a 300 meter walk from the lodge, next to the resort restaurant and playground. The check-in instructions will provide you with all the information you need to reach the lodge. If desired, you can enjoy a contactless stay. The Naturelodge is a nice place for families with young children, especially given the family bed option and nice natural garden, but be adventurous. As you can see in the photos, the stairs to the attic are open and so is the gate around the sleeping attic, and the terrace is also at a height. Do you prefer to sleep completely in the dark?
