Large Beautiful New Home - 24hour self check in

This 3600 square foot home is large and roomy. 4 large bedrooms and 2-day beds to sleep a total of 16 guests. Hardwood floors in the main living area and cozy carpet in the bedrooms. Huge TV, cozy sectional sofas, and a large gourmet kitchen. The house was built in 2016 and everything is new. A/C in every room. Huge back yard, tons of parking on site. 24-hour self check-in. Very fast wifi account, 2 blocks to Nike in Beaverton. Parties are not allowed. The space This nautical themed home is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is enough room for everyone to have their own space, yet a large area to gather and plenty of room to enjoy each others company in the kitchen. This is a full time Airbnb unit so its staged for traveling guests. Guest access The house is all yours, there is a rental downstairs but not to worry, it has extra sound proofing to ensure you don't have to be quiet. The backyard is yours and very private. Fence and landscaping are coming soon. Other things to note When you pull up please park on the left side of the house paved parking area. The front door is in the center front and up the center stairs. Its a blue door. Please do not park on the street or in the surrounding neighborhood. The cleaners will have the home turned and ready for you by 4pm at the latest. Please enjoy your stay and don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything.
