There is also a small garden area with a sun deck, perfect to enjoy the peace and quiet. Small fridge with a tiny freezer compartment Living room with piano and board games 1 x room with TV, rowing machine, weights and yoga matt Sauna Dedicated parking space Other things to note Only the people listed on the booking are permitted on-site and in the house for safety reasons. This is a condition of booking. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you forfeiting the deposit. Please only bring the people listed on the booking. Thank you for your cooperation. The price refers to the use in a double room for up to 2 people. Should two single rooms be requested, we are happy to offer this at an additional cost of €50.00 per room. Please consult with us first. Prior to checkout, we do ask you to take care of the following to-do list: - Please leave the place as you found it - Surfaces wiped clean - Start the dishwasher (or hand wash if you prefer) - Clear out the kitchen cabinet & fridge of your personal items - Recycle your waste and place it into bins outside at the end of your stay (Yellow: Packaging/ Plastic/ Aluminium, Blue: Paper; and Black: everything else). -put all used beddings & towels in the bathtub House Rules/Requests: - Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave. - Please consume food and beverages in the kitchen, bar, and dining area only. - No shoes or smoking in the house, please. - No candles. None. We provide flameless, battery-operated candles for you to use. - Please keep a distance from artworks and hands completely off them. Wash machine and dryer only available during long stays. Mandatory weekly cleaner for stays longer than 7 days - paid on site. That's it! :)
