The space Apartment size: 70 sqm, bedroom has 1 double bed, living room has a sofa bed that needs to be made by yourself (if needed, please let us know in advance, the front desk can make the bed for free during working hours, after working hours, guests need to make the bed themselves), so the unit can accommodate up to 3 guests. Also, if you need a baby cot, please inform us in advance, and a free baby cot can be provided upon request. The apartment has a separate bedroom, TV and wardrobe space. It has a separate bathroom with a spa bath and shower. The seating area has a sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. As long as they are notified, they can solve most other problems. The hotel phone line is open 24 hours to help with noise complaints, safety issues, or other major issues in other rooms. [No smoking]: Please note that Tiki Hotel Apartments is a non-smoking hotel. Any smoking activity in the hotel will result in a fine of AUD 200. The only permitted smoking area is the designated smoking area behind the pool bathroom on the ground floor or on the street outside the hotel. [Parties/Events/No pets allowed] No parties or events are allowed at the hotel at any time. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees. Pets are not allowed either. Late check-outs after 11am will incur a late check-out fee of AUD 50 and later check-outs after 12pm will incur a one night charge.
