Gallo by the Falls is a hidden gem located in the heart of the Niagara Falls tourist district! Gallo by the Falls is a newly renovated, luxury 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. A short walk to the Fallsview Casino (8 mins) & the new OLG Stage (4 mins)! At Gallo by the Falls, we take great pride in offering a thoroughly cleaned & sanitized home for our guests! Susan works along side our professional cleaner & personally washes all linen including the quilts & pillow shams prior to each stay! The space Welcome to Gallo by the Falls! The interior and exterior of our home has been entirely renovated into a luxury vacation property. Enjoy a spacious, open-concept design with top quality furnishings and a modern, stylish decor for your added comfort. Three spacious bedrooms, a leather sofa, and 2 full bathrooms allow for 6 guests to stay comfortably. Our living room boasts a large window that faces the Fallsview area. Catch a glimpse of the nightly summer fireworks display over the Falls from this window or from our front deck! Its spectacular! *See our Airbnb pictures numbered # 26-28. The bedrooms have been furnished with high quality beds, bedding and protectors for added hygiene and for the perfect night sleep! Each bedroom has a night table and lamp for late night reading. Extra blankets and pillows are also provided for your added comfort. The kitchen boasts a stylish back-splash and a large quartz counter top which are sure to capture your eye! Brand-new kitchen appliances have been installed including fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle & a 4 slice toaster. Frying pans, pots, plates, cups, glasses, and utensils are all available as well. The kitchen is also stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, milkettes and/or creamers, sugar/sweetener, canola oil, salt & pepper for your added enjoyment! Guest access Complimentary High-speed Wi-FI is available for our guests. Two Smart TVs are available , a brand new 43-inch flat screen Hisense UHD 4K Smart TV is located in the family room and a new 40-inch flat screen RCA Smart TV is located in the master bedroom! Both TVs are equipped with Netflix so you can stream unlimited HD movies for free! Complimentary parking sufficient for 4 cars is available on the property. The entire main floor of the house is at your disposal as well as a second bathroom located in the basement at the base of the staircase. Although there are two additional rooms in the basement, they are not available to guests as they are used for storage purposes. Other things to note The registered guest agrees to upload their government issued ID ( eg. driver's license or passport but a health card does not qualify) to our message thread using the attachment icon found to the left of the message box within 8 hours of making a confirmed reservation. The uploaded ID will appear underneath your pre-booking message on our message thread. Bookings received two (2) days before check-in must upload their ID to our message thread within 2 hours of a confirmed booking. First & Last names on ID must match those on Airbnb profile. Also, the photo of the person in the ID must be the same person in the profile picture for verification purposes. *Please note the ID that you upload to Airbnb at the time of booking does not meet this requirement. All information is kept confidential and is used only for verification purposes to ensure the safety and security of our home. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the requested information is not ​provided within the timeframe specified above. An additional cleaning fee will be added if house rules are broken and/or extra cleaning is needed from excessive mess. The number of people in or on the property at any time is restricted to the number of registered guests on the reservation. All guests who are able to instant book our home are to have prior positive host recommendations without any negative reviews or incidents and must have a minimum of a 4.5 average rating in all review categories. Two days prior to check-in, guests will be required to acknowledge and agree to our house rules that will be sent in the message thread as well as re-confirm the number of guests prior to receiving the access code to our home.
