The space Cozy, private guesthouse studio featuring a full bathroom with single-stall shower and a well-equipped kitchenette for light cooking and simple meals. Guests also enjoy a private deck with patio furniture — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation while taking in the water and bridge views. The unit has its own entrance and offers a quiet, tucked-away setting for a peaceful stay. Guest access You’ll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, including the deck and patio areas — feel free to relax and make yourself at home! The guesthouse is located on the right side of our steep driveway. For our older guests (or anyone with mobility concerns), please take your time when walking down the hill to reach the unit. You can get there by walking down the driveway or by using the stairs that lead directly from the parking area to the guesthouse. We kindly ask that you drive slowly when coming up or down the driveway. We have two young boys who love to play outside; there’s usually an adult nearby, but a little extra caution is always appreciated. If you happen to see the kids, feel free to say hello. They’re friendly and always excited to meet new people! Parking Instructions: When you arrive, please drive through the gate and park immediately on the right side on the paved driveway next to the garbage bins. There may already be a small car parked there, please just pull in right behind it. No need to worry about blocking it; that car will stay parked for the entire duration of your stay. When you’re ready to head out, you can open the gate in one of two ways: (1) Use the gate remote (you’ll find it inside the guesthouse), or (2) Press the button on the black stand to the left of the gate.
