Pre-registration is required to be done with the assigned Security Guard at the swimming pool area. For one-bedroom unit, maximum two (2) guests are allowed. Corresponding fee of Php 150.00 per guest shall be charged on regular days and Php 300.00 per guest shall be charged on holidays. Wear appropriate swimming attire and please bring your own towel. Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area. For more detailed information, please refer to the 'Pool Rules and Regulations' posted on the 8th floor. PARKING: There is a paid parking available at SMDC Mall as well as the next building called Assembly Grounds at The Rise Makati. Other things to note Once booking is confirmed, please provide a copy of all guests' passports/ government-issued IDs. We need to get approval from the building management before arrival. Please note that it is mandatory to leave an ID at the time of check-in. The security guard on duty will hand over the ID when you check-out. If you require cleaning service during your stay, please note that there is an extra fee of PHP800/service. Please book one day in advance. The room can accommodate up to 3 persons. Additional PHP400 for the 3rd guest.
