By night, unwind in the cool breeze under twinkling string lights. It’s your own slice of California living—peaceful, private, and thoughtfully designed. We poured our hearts into this space. What was once a beloved music and theater room is now a cozy guesthouse we originally created for close friends and family—who absolutely love its comfort and privacy (no awkward hallway run-ins in pajamas here!). We’ve added our favorite elements of California lifestyle and sprinkled in special touches we’ve picked up from our Airbnb stays around the world. We know Los Angeles real estate inside and out—and we chose this location for a reason. Now, we’re thrilled to share it with you. Inside Your Guesthouse Studio (Approx. 400 sq ft) You'll find everything you need to feel right at home: A dreamy Queen bed by Nectar – It’s like sleeping on a cloud. The Tencel cover is soft, breathable, and moisture-wicking, while two layers of Gel Memory Foam provide airflow, body contouring, and support. And yes, it’s made with certified flexible foam—no ozone depleters, PBDEs, mercury, or lead. Extra daybed – Great for lounging, reading, or an additional guest. Coffee & tea station – Fully stocked with coffee, tea, and water to get your morning started right. There’s also a microwave, ref and freezer, for your convenience. Fast WiFi & Entertainment – High-speed internet, flat-screen TV, Netflix, and a DVD player make both work and play easy. Thoughtful extras – Plush linens, fluffy towels, soft bathrobes, and cozy slippers. You'll also find an umbrella, flashlight, iron, laundry bag, and safety box in the armoire. Cute & functional beach-themed bathroom – Stocked with soaps, shampoo, lotion, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, Q-tips, sunscreen, and more. The Location – Coastal, Central, Connected You’ll be staying in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood just 4 miles from the beach—within LA’s breezy coastal region. With access to major freeways and close proximity to UCLA, Loyola Marymount, USC, Sony Studios, and Silicon Beach tech hubs (Google, YouTube, Snap-chat, Hulu, and more), getting around is simple. The Expo Line Metro is one ride away and takes you directly to Downtown Los Angeles in one direction, and Santa Monica’s world-famous Pier in the other. You’re also close to great restaurants, wine bars, boutiques, movie theaters, and art galleries. Breathe Easy, Sleep Easy This is Culver Crest, best and most sought after area. This is a light-filled space with double French doors, lots of fresh air, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. While A/C is rarely needed, it’s available just in case. That’s why we’ve gone the extra mile to ensure your bed is clean, supportive, and unbelievably comfortable—so you wake up refreshed and ready to enjoy everything else life has to offer. Please read our guests' reviews.... Guest access Your own private entry! Walk onto the driveway towards the backyard and open the gate. The studio is in the rear. Please note that Fridays are street cleaning on our side of the street; Mondays are on the other side. Please park accordingly to avoid getting a parking ticket. Culver City police is very strict. Other things to note We provide for all the fresh beddings, blankets, pillow cases, towels, for each and every guest. Long staying guess can request towel change. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathroom. There's even a travel size toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, q-tips, lotion, band-aid, etc., in the medicine cabinet, just in case you forgot to pack yours. 21 inch imac is available. Please keep your sounds at a minimum, i.e., music, phones, voice, etc. Our guesthouse isn't perfect, even the Ritz isn't. But we try our best, so let us know anything you need or anything that annoys you during your stay, not after, so we can correct them while you're here. Thanks a million!!!!!
