Stunning modern apartment right on the beach with unlimited views of the sea and beach. 20 minutes outside of Brighton. Spend a relaxing weekend in this beautiful apartment situated directly on the beach, with a whole wall of glass windows facing the continually changing view of the sea and sky. You have easy access to Brighton, Worthing & Shoreham by train, bus and car. Pop downstairs for an early morning breakfast or bring your coffee back to the balcony to enjoy the stunning view. The space The apartment has a 15-metre run of floor-to-ceiling windows facing directly out to sea, which opens out onto an outdoor balcony. The property is situated within an eco-building with triple glazing, ensuring that it’s quiet inside. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area give the air of space and tranquillity, with wonderful seascape views. There are three separate bedrooms to the back and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower and bath. The living space has a large smart TV with access to apps (must have own account) The master bedroom has a Kingsize bed; one bedroom has a queen bed. One further bedroom has two single beds. The apartment is situated on the first floor and is accessed by steps. It is not suitable for loud parties, stag or hen dos - we ask that all guests be respectful of everyone. Small children should be supervised Guest access The apartment is self contained and the guests have access to all parts. The balcony is segregated from the other apartments by planters. Guests can access the on site gym, a key fob will be left in the apartment for entry to the gym. The property is accessed by a pin code system that will be provided 3 days before you arrive. There is a large car park adjacent to the building where you can park from £4 a day. Other things to note The apartment is above the award-winning Perch on Lancing Beach, so we strongly recommend booking via our website as it can get hectic on weekends and over the summer. Occasionally, we hold an outdoor cinema event, and the best view is from the balcony. There is a kite surfing school on this beach. There is also paddle board hire/lessons in the Summer months. There is a local pub and Greek and Indian restaurants, all within walking distance. Worthing is less than 2 miles away and there are restaurants & cafes of every type, a large shopping centre, a museum, 2 cinemas, a theatre and a well-stocked library. There is a local hospital with an A&E department less than 2 miles away. Brighton is easily accessible by bus or train. Just so you know, the TV facilities are 'Catch Up TV' and Netflix, live TV is not available, apps are installed but you will need to have your own account. There is a Sauna available on the beach, search for 'Seaside Sauna Lancing' to book. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person, We have beach towels available for a small charge, to cover extra laundry costs.
