Small Breton house full of charm

Small Village house, in its own juice, with garden and small orchard, not overlooked. The house faces south and benefits from lots of light. In a small typical Breton town, bakery, café-tabac and minimarket are 5 minutes walk in the village. The beautiful beaches and the coast are less than 10 minutes by car. Parking is available free of charge. Rehabilitation works planned during autumn and winter with reopening spring 2025. The space This house was our little vacation home for a long time. The house is not directly overlooked and gives the impression of a "cocoon". The living room is very bright as well as the bedrooms upstairs. Composed of a living-dining room, a kitchen and a small shower room on the ground floor, this house has two bedrooms upstairs (a 160 bed and a 140 bed) for 4 beds in total. A cot is available on request. Garden furniture and barbecue are available to enjoy summer evenings, the house has electric heaters and a wood stove for cooler periods. From Perros Guirec to Plougrescant, via Ploumanach or Trégastel, the house is close to these places of tourism renowned for the beauty of their landscapes. Many walks are easily accessible (Sentiers des Douaniers on the Côte de Granit Rose or inland Brittany). From April to October, many typical activities take place in the region (village festivals and pardons, flea markets and garage sales in particular) The photos of the rooms are taken in wide angle mode in order to be able to see the rooms as a whole, however leaving an impression of "bigger"...
