Four minute walk to the train station (2 blocks), short ride to some of the best shopping and restaurants Brooklyn has to offer, Highland Park, Aquaduct Racetracks, Resorts World Casino & so much more! 25-30 Minutes to Manhattan, 15-20 to JFK Airport. The space Very cozy living space with unlimited streaming television (Netflix, Hulu). Amazon video, youtube, Sling available for account holders. Air conditioning, WIFI, and private entrance. Steps away from C train (2 blocks) at Shepard Ave. Station. Approx 25-30 minute train ride to Manhattan and 15-20 minutes from JFK airport. There is no private parking, however, street parking tends to be very plentiful. Private keypad entrance. We are super excited to announce that we have added a sweet little semi private garden with bistro table and chairs just for your use! Check-in is anytime after 3PM, but please let us know if you are arriving early and we will do our best to be flexible and accommodate based on how much time is needed to professionally clean the apartment after last visitors. The studio accommodates a maximum of 2 people. If you arrive for your reservation, and your party is larger than 2 persons, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately, and you will forfeit your payment. Your booking of this reservation constitutes your agreement to these terms. Guest access You'll enjoy the privacy of having a separate entrance into the building, through the mini garden, down the steps to the left of the front door, which leads to your private oasis. On the day of your arrival a code will be provided for the keypad.
