Chrysothemis Villas – Electra

Chrysothemis Villas is a complex of two villas (on the same building) located in the north-eastern part of Zakynthos, just a few minutes’ drive away from the golden sandy beach of Alykes and many nice bars and restaurants. Our spacious villa with private pool is the ideal place for families or a group of friends who want to stay in a secluded location, whilst being close to one of the best touristic resorts of Zakynthos. The space This listing is for the 'Chrysothemis Villas' - 'Electra' villa, which is situated on the left side of the building that you see on the photos. The whole building consists of two identical and symmetrical villas: 'Electra' villa, on the left side of the building and 'Iphigeneia Villa', on the right side of the building. There is no separator between our two villas, but each villa has its private entrance, a total privacy on the interior, private outdoor dining table and a private pool, with umbrellas & many sunbeds. 'Chrysothemis Villas' - 'Electra' villa measures 120 square meters and features 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and a spacious open plan living room - kitchen area. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests: 1st bedroom: king size bed (1,60m width) 2nd bedroom: king size bed (1,60m width) 3rd bedroom: 2 single beds Living room: 2 folding guest beds (these could also be placed on the bedrooms, if that's preferred) It is equipped with: * Smart TV * Bed linen, Bath & Pool towels * 24hr hot water * Air conditioning on all areas * Bathroom Products * Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cooking utensils) * Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster * Washing machine * Dishwasher * Wi-Fi internet access (indoors and outdoor areas) * Private Parking (with entrance gate) * Car/motorbike/bicycle rental arrangements upon request There is an ample outdoor area & a swimming pool with plenty of space for kids to play and outdoor seating areas & sunbeds. Cleaning will be provided every 3 days (including chaning the bed sheets & bed linen). Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out time: we will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the villa for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the villa will usually be ready by 3pm. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the villa if no other guests are arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
