The space This adorable cottage in historical Old Town’s Victorian Village comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer. It is 900 sq ft of cozy! The best part is the location. Just 3 blocks from Park City Resort and 5 blocks from Old Town and the Town Lift, but only 1 block to Park City’s convenient and free bus system. There is so much to do in this beautiful town, summer AND winter, so be sure you stay long enough to do it all! Please be aware that there are outdoor steps and a circular staircase in the condo that leads to the second bedroom. There is an air conditioner in the upstairs loft bedrooms and several fans downstairs the help keep the condo cool during the 2-3 weeks each summer that it gets hot. There is no central air. There is a nice drop leaf table and four chairs. There are seat cushions inside the ottoman. Our Community Building next door has a dry sauna for your enjoyment. It also has a credit card operated laundry. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but not guaranteed for a fee of $35. A private locker in our community room next door is available on a first-come, first-served basis for $25, and may be used to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. Please remove your shoes to prevent snowmelt pellets from getting into the house. They scratch the floor and are super painful if you step on them in bare feet! Guest access There is a community dry sauna, larger, credit card operated washers and dryers, and a locker in the building next door. The door code will be given upon request. It is important to notice that stairs are required to access the condo from both Empire Avenue and Norfolk Avenue, so it is NOT handicap accessible and not recommended for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. Saturdays show blocked on the calendar because Saturday check-in or check-out is not allowed unless otherwise agreed upon. Other things to note If you bring bikes, please do not store them inside the condo. We have one bike hanger in the locked community room that you can use for $35, or you can also store them under the unit next door, just like the locals do! (You'll see the bikes stored under the unit when you walk up the stairs from the parking space on Norfolk Ave.) ****Please note that, on snow days in the winter, cars must be removed from the Victorian Village parking lots between 9 am and 11 am for snow removal. If your car is not removed, it may be towed and you may be fined up to $250. This is critical as it is important to clear the parking lots when it snows. Cars can be temporarily parked at the lot across from the Park City Library, if necessary. Also, there is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside of the cottage. If someone is caught smoking, there may be a fine imposed by the HOA which would be your responsibility. Early check-in or late checkout may available for $35 each. There is an 18”x18” locker storage that may be available for $25 that will accommodate a few pairs of skis or a couple of small roller bags that you can request with your early check in or late check out.
