Your new temporary home is an elegant and stylish designer flat, with top-notch furnishings and everything you need for a perfect stay. Enjoy a KING-size bed, ultra-fast WiFi and amazing city views. *IMPORTANT: Please note that access to this flat is through stairs. The building elevator will take you to the 15th floor and you will have to go up an additional floor via stairs to access the apartment. The space Upon entering, you'll be greeted with a spacious and functional kitchen, with all the supplies necessary to craft great meals. Next to the kitchen is the living area, with comfortable and contemporary couch and seats. While in the livingroom, you'll be able to enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 70" 4K smart tv. Come outside to enjoy the spacious terrace, complete with great skyline views to both sides and a great charcoal BBQ grill available to you (extra cleaning charges apply). Prepare for a great night's sleep in the spacious and comfortable bedroom, featuring a King-size bed, high quality linens and pillows, a 65" 4K Tv with all major streaming services, and a dedicated workspace with a leather studio chair. The full, ensuite bathroom features a great downpour shower that we're sure you're going to love. You'll also find another half-bathroom next to the kitchen, and laundry room equipped with a washer/dryer. Guest access You'll have access to 1 of the 2 parts of the closet, since the owners will keep personal belongings (non-visibly) in the other part, but rest assured you'll have enough closet space to use. Other things to note As mentioned before, keep in mind you will have to climb and additional floor through stairs to enter the apartment. Please note the outdoor furniture has changed and we're in the process of updating the pictures. Furniture on the terrace is no longer exactly as shown in pictures but there's a new set of furniture. Please note that the hot water supply is for the shower only. Faucets and washing machine don't have hot water supply. If you'd like to receive a visitor, you're welcome to do so but they need to be authorized for entry, so please let your host know if you'll have visitors in advance to avoid inconveniences.
