Cosy cottage on pretty cobbled lane by the harbour

Set on one of St Ives' most photographed cobbled streets, the attractive Bunkers Hill, this charming former fisherman’s cottage combines traditional style and modern flourishes and rests just a short walk from the local beaches and a moment away from the harbour front. The beamed ceilings downstairs and wooden flooring create a cosy feel and the cottage is well laid out for a small party. Enjoy easy access to the shops, restaurants and beaches from this perfectly located home base. The space Sleeps 4 in 2 double bedrooms. Downstairs a kitchen/dining area with Electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Coal effect Gas fire in dining area and stable door onto Bunkers Hill. Small hallway at the bottom of the stairs leads through to the lounge area with 3 piece suite and Freeview TV. Upstairs there is a bathroom with overhead Mira Electric shower, WC and basin. The landing leads around to the second bedroom and finally to the master bedroom. Beds are standard double (4'6'). Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). Accessibility: Easy access, unloading/loading is possible directly outside the property. There are 2 steps up from the ground level to the front door. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage. Other things to note There is an added benefit of a private parking space within walking distance of the property. It is possible to unload your car outside of the property, the parking space is roughly a 20 minute walk from the cottage. Public car parks are closer but these will need to be paid for by the guest and spaces are limited in the peak summer season.
