Le Moulin De La Porte is a 19th century property with views of a 12th century Abbey “Abbaye Blanc” in the quaint village of Le Neufbourg 50140 in the Manche region of Normandy. The local town of Mortain is an easy walk of about 10 mins or 1 min drive away. The charming Gite is set in the Grounds of a the old mill with access to many activities in the local area including fabulous cycling routes, walking and fishing. The space There is 1 room downstairs which is a combined kitchen and living room and 1 bedroom upstairs and a bathroom with shower and bath at split level between ground and top floor. There is also a separate terrace to the front of the property for use and also extensive communal gardens for you to enjoy. There is also a small WC on the ground floor. Other things to note We are located very close to all amenities in the town of Mortain. The stairs in this property are steep.
