The space Our apartment with balcony is located in the beautiful district of Bogenhausen. It is located in a modern and absolutely quiet residential area with parking in front of the door and at the same time very good public transport connections. Our place is directly adjacent to the Zamilapark with a beautiful beer garden on the lake, which invites you to take a relaxing walk in the countryside. In the immediate vicinity is also the Trabrennbahn München-Dagelfing (every Friday & Saturday flea market) as well as the Messe München. The bright attic apartment (no lift) is fully rented and is furnished. A comfortably furnished living and dining room with cable TV and a room with double bed (desk & cabinets) as well as a bathroom with bathtub, the kitchen (EBK), a large hallway and a balcony are available for our guests. One of the highlights is the large sunny balcony overlooking the countryside, especially nice for breakfast or with a cozy dinner. Parking is available everywhere in front of the house and are not subject to a fee. Washer / dryer & drying room are located in the basement. The cozy apartment is especially good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
