On the border of Beaconsfield and South Fremantle in a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to many cafes/restaurants/pubs/bars/beaches and everything the area has to offer but removed enough to be able to sit back in the garden and only hear the birds singing and the water fountain bubbling.
