All five, carefully renovated guest rooms have queen beds and offer a private bath. About the Location in Town: Guests enjoy walking access to the town’s library, Creamery Field, the playground, farmers' market, community center, Russell’s General Store, Brushland Eating House, and many local events happening throughout the year. A quick car ride will take you over backroads to Bovina Farm and Fermentory, farm stands, trailheads, and stunning views. Venture out to unique villages such as Andes, Hobart, and Delhi for shops, antiques, and good eats. Guest access There is a parking lot behind the home. Delaware County is a mountainous, rural area. There is no or limited public transportation. A vehicle is necessary when visiting this area. Snow can be expected from October through April. Guests should be prepared to drive in snowy conditions. Check your tires before your trip to make sure the treads are adequate for driving in wintry conditions. Other things to note Room 4 is on the second floor.
