Budget-friendly Studio #1 w/ kitchn 10min to Alona

My place is in a nice village of Panglao near the plaza and is walking distance to the market and the 7-11 Store. A fitness gym is located above 7-11 Store. La Familia Restaurant and local cafeterias are nearby. Sorry, I do not serve breakfast or meals. I have Wi-Fi in the rooms and hot & cold water shower. My place is 8 km (10 minutes by tricycle) to Alona Beach and 3 km (5 minutes) to Moadto Strip Mall. I have 4 studio rooms in all. This room is located on the ground floor. The space Casa Alegre is located 10 minutes away from Alona Beach in the town center of Panglao. It is only a two minute-walk to the little pier that has a boats going to Balicasag and Virgin Islands where you can enjoy the nice white sand beaches. It is 5 minutes away by tricycle to Moadto Strip Mall in Doljo Beach. There is 7-11 Store where you can get personal stuff that you might need. A fitness gym is just above the 7-11 Store. All rooms have air-conditioning system, hot water shower, a bidet, and a small kitchen located at the balcony as well as WIfi (fibre-optic by Globe) inside the rooms. There is a television set (TV) with cable connection. I have four rooms in all. Guest access A key is provided for your bedroom and another key to the small gate. In any case you lose the keys a charge of 700 PHP will be collected. Other things to note Please note the following, to keep my rates low, please adjust your expectations. 1. We do not provide daily cleaning. 2. We don't provide drinking water. You can purchase water and other necessities in the 7-11 Store nearby or in Three-Sixty Pharmacy in front of the plaza. 3. Only two rolls of toilet tissue provided for convenience. You may purchase more in Three -Sixty Pharmacy or 7-11 Store. 4. Only two towels are provided. If you stay longer than 7 days, we can give you clean towels and bedsheets to replace during your stay. Please remind us if we forget. For longer stays we can replace bedsheets and towels every week. 5. When the trash bins are full please put them on the wooden balcony rail so we can see that they are ready to be emptied. And we will remove them. For privacy reasons, we do not go to your balcony and collect trash unless we know you need us to. 6. You may park your rented motorbikes inside the courtyard at night. 7. Please lock the gate at night for extra security. The plaza is a great place for running, jogging or playing a game of badminton. There is also a tennis court. If you are into running or jogging, you can head to Doljo Beach all the way to the end of the peninsula and maybe catch the sunset there. Moadto Strip Mall in Doljo has lots of great restaurants and bars to view the sunset.
