It is a 5-minute drive from the village of Viladrau and a 20-minute walk. The space The 100 m2 apartment + garden with outdoor furniture enclosed by wooden railings has two newly renovated floors and a swimming pool. On the first floor, there is a living-dining room with TV and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, Italian coffee maker and Nespresso machine, dishwasher, etc.), a suite (double bed + bathroom), a bathroom, and a room with a double bed. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. All bedrooms have heating and built-in closets. We have a free outdoor parking area. Guest access You can use the entire apartment and the fenced-in garden. The apartment has a crib and high chair upon request (not guaranteed) and at no additional cost. You'll find towels and bedding for each guest. We have kitchen appliances such as a toaster, Pymer, Nespresso coffee maker and Italian coffee maker; as well as oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, etc. 4 capsules for the Nespresso coffeemaker and 4 tablets for the dishwasher are included. We have a hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as firewood for the fireplace.* There is no washing powder for the washing machine. *If you need more firewood, you must pay €20 extra. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything during your stay. The swimming pool is available only upon prior request and its use is permitted from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Ask availability if you need to get in earlier. - Check out before 11am CHECK IN ONLINE: Laws of Barcelona require us to fill out a guest registration form with their details as well as the payment of the tourist fee *.
