Stone, marble, wood, white and blue of Aegean Sea. The completely stone-built living room was the place where our grandparents, from centuries to 30 years ago, produced rum “raki”. The minimal style of furniture and decoration is ideal for those who appreciate the simplicity of life. The sunrise rising from Tsiknia will wake you up every morning to enjoy your breakfast in complete peace, overlooking the famous traditional vineyards of the island, the pigeons houses and the neighboring head villages. All you need to enjoy the most healthy and restful sleep is to leave a little open the northern window, so that the fresh Cycladic wind can embrace you. Although our picturesque village Mesi is small, there is a pharmacy, a traditional bakery and café as well as a café-bar. Even walking for 5-10 minutes you can visit the surrounding villages Steni and Falatados where you will find mini markets , traditional taverns with local dishes and not only, cafes and night life. Some of them do “home delivery". 5 km away are the unspoilt beaches Livada and Santa Margarita and in 3 km the village Volax famous for its lunar landscape with granite rocks. Lovers of hiking can start from our home and follow the scenic footpaths, explore the hinterland of the island, climb to the summit of Tsiknia and Exomvourgo to look at the Aegean and the surrounding Cycladic islands, enjoying so the unparalleled beauty of nature. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living rooms. The bedroom on the upper floor is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, a living room and a fireplace. At your disposal there will be two extra folding beds that you can place where you serve to feel like your home. If you have small children they need your supervision because there are stairs at home. Guest access The flowered courtyards of the house are furnished, and the barbecue in the terrace awaits your appetites. On the paved road outside the house you can safely park your car.
