Freeways are just minutes away so you can easily access neighborhoods across the city and beyond. Please note: the upstairs has a half wall and small children, especially "climbers" should be supervised in the kitchen where the dining bench meets the half wall. Drive right up to the keyless entry and park in a spot just for you off the paved alley. The parking space is uncovered. You have an entirely separate keyless entry. We always let guests lead on how much interaction they desire but we very responsive should you need anything! The Beacon Hill Library and Red Apple Grocery store are an easy walk. You'll discover lots of yummy eats on Beacon Ave, including Musang and Perihelion. Conveniently located by Light Rail that goes to SeaTac Airport, Downtown, the University District and North Seattle. Interstate 5 and Interstate 90 are both minutes away. There are bicycle lanes and paths as well. We live in the main house on the property. We have children and a, sometimes overly-friendly, dog. The gate dividing the house and cottage will keep him out of your space. We tend to spend time outdoors in our yard and in the alley with our neighbors during the summer months. Our paths may cross as we access the alley but aside from that the place is all yours and you will have as much privacy as you like. The cottage is quiet and peaceful but not without urban character. You might hear yard work, neighbors, pets, and airplanes.
