"Window to the sea" house

The apartment is centrally located, at a mere 200 meters from the city centre. The location is fabulous not only for this, but also for the great wide view on the sea and the hills. The apartment is located in a small building with friendly and welcoming neighbours; the area is quiet and traffic is not an issue. Parking is available on the public street. From the apartment you are at a stone`s throw away from one of the finest wine shop, shops, restaurants and the Saturday mornings market! The space The apartment has recently been renovated and i live in it in winter when not rented out. There is a nice and large living area with kitchen, one bathroom and a nice bedroom.
