Guest access Building and apartment access: Welcome! You will live on the second floor of a building that is part of a residential complex of four blocks surrounded by green areas bathed by the sun. Here you can go out and enjoy the fresh air and the warm glow of the sun that illuminates this peaceful place. Your room is private, but you can use and share with us (the host and/or two other tenants) the other areas of the house, such as: The kitchen: to prepare delicious meals. The living-dining room: a place to eat or rest. The bathroom: spacious and comfortable, to take a shower. The terrace: ideal for getting some air or enjoying the scenery. To enter the house, you can use the elevator or stairs, your choice! What's nearby Supermarkets and shops to buy whatever you need. Other things to note Important apartment rules: No smoking 🚭 Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in our apartment, neither inside nor on the balcony. It is very important to keep the environment clean and pleasant for everyone. If we find the smell of tobacco or remains (ashes, butts, etc.), we will end the reservation immediately and a fine of €200 will be charged. Lost keys 🔑 If you lose the keys, you'll have to pay €35 to replace them. Using the washing machine 🧺 The washing machine can only be used with our authorization. If used without permission, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. Parties not allowed 🎉 No parties or events are permitted at the apartment. If an unauthorized party is held, we will call the police and end the reservation immediately. Unregistered guests 🧳 If you bring unregistered people to sleep, an additional nightly fee will be charged based on our usual rate. Pets and children 🐶👶 No pets or children allowed in the apartment.
