Rental unit in Queens

Elmhurst/Flushing is centrally located to a diversified neighborhood. Citifield, Queens Museum, US Open @Arthur Ash Stadium and Flushing Meadow Park just couple of miles. Plus bus to subway runs from my corner of Apt. Every 10 minutes from 6AM-9PM (peak Hours) bus departs and connects you to E/F/R/M/W & #7 subways, which gets you into Manhattan in 30-40 min. Main Street in Flushing is 1.5 Miles. Reservations from 30-90nights pay NYS Tax 8.875%, NYC 5.875% plus $3.50 nightly Hotel tax. The space Front BR w/shared Kitchen and bathroom. Although BR has a private door with lock, there is a partion screen closed by zip tie and a blackout blind seperating from Kitchen. (Rear Bedroom Room listed separately with entrance thru back). Your entry will be through front door of ground floor and you will be given keys for only Front BR. Bedroom can be used for 1-2-3 guests with 1 Full size for 2 guests and 1 twin for 1 guest. Central air and central heat throughout. The Q19 to N train in Astoria OR Q49 to #7/E/F/M subways will have you in Manhattan within 30-40 minutes. Guest access Guest can access the common areas of kitchen/dinette and bathroom/shower. Has rear access entry, BUT in the event of an emergency there is also a front exit, which does not require key to exit. You will only have key for front entry upon check-in. During your stay I am available for any issue or concern. Other things to note The BR has a locked door to enter from front. However, you only have shutters to close the opening from widow to your front BR plus "blackout blinds" to block light from kitchen. I only do 30 plus nights rental for 1,2,3 guests to sleep on 1 Full plus 1 twin beds. NOTE: NYS Sales Tax 8.875% plus NYC Occupancy Tax 5.875% plus $3.50 Hotel daily tax per Bedroom and MUST be paid through Airbnb Resolution Center as a request OR within the "Special Offer" after you send me an Inquiry. Full Payment must be paid prior to check-in or the reservation will be cancelled without a refund.
