Enjoy a quaint getaway in this meticulously designed home away from home! The space Kitchen: Please help yourself to anything in the fully equipped kitchen & the coffee bar. Placemats and board games are located in the center storage area of the dining room table. In the closet next to the table, you’ll find cleaning supplies, garbage bags, extra towels, a clothes drying rack and folding chairs. Bedroom: There is a smart TV over the 1st dresser, and each bedside lamp has a USB port. In the closet are a dresser, an iron and ironing board and clothes steamer. In addition, you’ll find a personal safe, and comfy terry robes. Bathroom: Towels and toiletries are stocked in the bathroom, and a hair dryer is in the drawer of the bathroom vanity. There is a basket of “essentials” under the vanity. Living Room: A large smart TV is available for guests' use. The pull-out couch contains a queen- sized inner spring mattress, and will already be made with fresh linens. There are pillows and an extra blanket in the drawers under the bed. Work space: The desk has both a power and a USB outlet on the back left. A retractable split charger is attached, which will fit a variety of cell phones. In the desk drawer you’ll find menus to local restaurants. Patio, pool & backyard: Guests have access to multiple grills, a cozy fire pit, ample outdoor seating, playset, an above ground pool, swings next to the pond and all open grounds during their stay. Grill tools are located in the left drawer of the long table on the patio. Please clean any grills or outdoor areas accessed during your stay. There are beach towels in the living room closet, and a fold up drying rack. There are pool floats available, and kid water wings, vests and toys in the chest next to the pool. Other things to note A first aid kit is above the fridge, and a fire blanket and extinguisher are under the sink.
