We’re thrilled to introduce our latest upgrades, including brand new, high-grade flooring throughout the entire house, creating a pristine, allergy-friendly environment, no carpet. The primary bathroom has been completely redone with a stunning, professionally installed shower, offering a touch of modern elegance. New living room furniture! The home's single-story layout makes it easy to enjoy. The main living area features an open-concept dining and living room, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. You'll find four spacious bedrooms, with three, including the primary suite, located in the back of the house for a quiet retreat. The front bedroom is the largest, offering plenty of space. You can step out into the backyard from three separate sliding doors—in the dining room, primary bedroom, and front bedroom. Our family created so many wonderful memories here, and we can’t wait for you to make your own! Guest access Full access to the entire home excluding the garage. A Welcome Package will be provided with enough household supplies for at least a week including laundry soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Guests will be responsible for their own household supplies thereafter. Other things to note Guest have access to the full house excluding the garage. No parking in garage. The backyard is fully fenced for safety of kids and pets. There is parking in the drive way for up to 3 cars, plus a covered carport for a 4th car. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a street with no thoroughfare. It is near Roxy Ann Winery, historic Jacksonville and Ashland are only 20 minutes away, with other nearby cities with many activities. There are 2 medical centers in town, one is a few blocks away and the other is less than a 10 minute drive away. The house is in a beautiful area of East Medford close to many activities including shopping, golf courses, parks & playgrounds, grocery stores, hospitals, theaters, Including in the Shakespearean theater in Ashland and Mount Ashland Ski Resort and the Britt festival in Jacksonville. There are many outdoor activities in the area including rafting the rogue, fishing, guided river fishing, hiking into secluded lakes, the list goes on and on. Southern Oregon is an outdoor paradise, come see for yourself! Access to the house is with traditional door locks and keys. If 100% of the keys aren't returned at checkout we will have the house re-keyed at the guests expense. This is for everyone's safety.
