C&C Mountain Lodge is located 50 miles (1 hour) from Denver and 33 miles (42 min) from Red Rocks. The Lodge has 2000 square feet of living space and sits on 1.04 acres with views of the Pike National Forest and Mt Evans Wilderness area. Elevation is approximately 9,000ft. Take in mountain views, play games or watch TV. Soak in the hot tub or have a drink by the fire pit. Starlink Wifi provided and TVs in every room. Garage parking available...keep out of the weather. The space Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The main bath has a large walk-in shower and a separate private toilet. Each bedroom has a smart tv and noise machines for sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, Gas cooktop and is stocked with most cooking utensils and other essentials such as pots and pans, toaster, blender etc. A traditional coffee maker and a Keurig are provided as well the coffee. An electric kettle is available for making tea. Various teas are also provided. Body soap, shampoo and conditioner are for guests to use in each bathroom. Hand soap and lotion too. The deck has several outdoor seating areas as well as a gas fire pit. The Lodge has StarLink which provides reliable high-speed internet. Kid safe dishes and utensils are available as well as high chairs (2) and a Pack N Play. Most common board games, playing cards and children’s games are available. Enjoy the wood burning stove which provides ambiance and warmth; however, guests bring their own firewood. Rare to mountains homes is having a garage. Use ours to park out of the elements or sit in the provided chairs and relax while using the gas grill. Hair dryers, ironing board, iron, dryer sheets and detergent, paper towels, tissues are provided. Guest access Guests have access to all areas, including the garage, minus a storage room on the first floor where extra cleaning supplies, etc. are kept. We program the last four of your phone number into the Smart Lock for easy access. Other things to note Opening windows and circulating the air will cool the lodge to a comfortable level usually. Mountain weather is unpredictable. Roads may be snow covered or icy as well as walkways, driveway, decks, stairs, and the hot tub area. Shovels and ice melt provided. A two car garage is available to get your vehicle out of the weather. Limited by height of vehicle. We have a contract with a snow plowing service that will plow the driveway and parking areas when the snow reaches a minimum of three inches.
