Great central location for Red Rocks concerts and Denver area away from the busy city center while still having easy access to live music, dance halls, restaurants and breweries. We are also a quick drive to i70 for all of your hiking, skiing and outdoor adventures. A self-contained unit with a backyard patio and fenced in yard. Perfect for two couples or a few friends. Two comfortable queen sized beds, private bathroom and kitchen space. **This is a basement unit accessed by a set of stairs. The space Private self-contained basement unit with a separate entrance. Entire basement unit with 2 queen sized beds and comfy couch to yourself. One traditional bedroom with a door. Second queen bed is in the living room space near the large couch. The only thing shared with us is the backyard patio space and grill. *You will need to go down a set of stairs to access the unit.* You also have a private kitchen with the basic essentials (induction stovetop, counter oven, salt/pepper, oil, etc) Please Note: My partner and I live upstairs. While we are fairly quiet you are bound to hear us from time to time. For your convenience we have provided ear plugs and a white noise machine in the unit. Our property is non-smoking inside and out. We live on the property and enjoy having our windows open especially on warm days. Guest access Plenty of free off and on-street parking with access to the space in the back of my home. You will have the entire basement to yourself as it is completely closed off from the upstairs where I live. Other things to note **You must be comfortable walking down a flight of stairs as this is a basement unit.
