The perfect home base! The space This spacious unit features three comfortable bedrooms—one with a king bed and two with queen beds—offering plenty of room to unwind. The lower-level bedroom is ideal for larger groups, equipped with bunk beds and a sofa bed to sleep up to five additional guests. With the primary living areas located on the main level, you’ll enjoy stair-free access throughout most of the home; stairs are only needed to access the lower-level bedroom. For parking, take advantage of the 2-car garage, an additional spot in front, and ample street parking nearby (overnight permit required). Guest access Full, private access unit, patio & garage. If levels exceed established limits, guests will receive automated notifications via text message, phone call, and/or alarm. These devices do not record audio or conversations, ensuring guest privacy at all times. - Please be aware that a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the property.
