It used to be home to many of the beer brewers whose breweries were on the river, hence the name Brewer's Hill. The neighborhood is residential, but is walkable to restaurants, the Riverfront, and the downtown area. It’s a great place if you’re coming to enjoy Summerfest, Bastille Days, any of the downtown festivals or take in a Buck’s game or Brewer’s. This unit has a private 2 car garage with room for 1 additional car in front of the garage for a total of 3 parking spaces. Street parking is also readily available & is free for 3 nights with permission from the city. Milwaukee has Bublr bike stations all through out the city. All units are short or mid-term rentals. While the building is newer construction, the sound barrier between units is not perfect & you may hear some overhead noise from other guests.
