Entire house for no more than 12 people. Enjoy and relax with family or friends on a weekend or vacation, which you will enjoy a pool, garden, terraces, exceptional weather and an incredible view of the Lake, it is located within an exclusive private area with 24/7 security. 7, additionally you will have different recreational activities in the area nearby. The space On the property you can enjoy a private pool, a garage for 2 small or medium-sized cars, a garden, 3 terraces, 1 toilet and a shower coming out of the pool, also inside the house you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 and a half bathroom, 6 TV´s in each room, WiFi, a grill, 4 bedrooms with A/C, dining room has floor fan, also has full kitchen to enjoy as if you were at home. 11 guests will be adequately accommodated in beds, but if you require an extra guest "12 guests" this will have an additional cost ($700) and will be accommodated on a sofa bed that is located in the second floor hall near the stairs. We offer all the basic services to make your stay more comfortable, but we also offer food preparation service at an extra cost (check additional rules). **Keep in mind that the house has stairs to go up to 3 bedrooms and the hall, the sofa bed is on the hall and is an open space, we have one bedroom and full bathroom on the ground floor for people with limited mobility (the doors, the bathroom and the bedroom have standard measurements).** Guest access We recommend that you bring your own car to move from one place to another.
