The ROUCAS STUDIO is located near the city center of Saint Rémy de Provence, on the 1st floor of a nice secure residence. It measures 27 m² and is very well equipped. (parking space in the basement, a beautiful terrace, a swimming pool, an elevator) There is no noise pollution. (The pool is on the south side). The space The studio is composed of a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed that is ultra comfortable and very easy to unfold. Guest access The entire studio, the parking space in the basement, the bicycle room, the communal swimming pool. Other things to note The end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price because it is not mandatory. We'll ask you to do this cleaning. If you do not want to do it, an extra €70 will then be requested. Bed, toilet and house linen are offered for 2 people. Check-in is autonomous.
