The bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. The second bedroom is currently fitted with a twin over full bunk bed. The driveway is big enough for 2 cars in covered car port. Out back is a fire pit area. To the side, you'll find an outdoor sitting area and shower with hot water. Guest access Out back is a seating area that we love to have bonfires in. You can park 3-4 cars in the carport but need to keep the front driveway clear for the second unit tenant. You’ll have a key and access to the storage room and laundry.
