Guest access The house is a bright and friendly home with a home atmosphere, located only 15 meters from the water's edge and has direct views of Skårup Sund in the southeast. The house is furnished with sleeping comfort with a one and a half bed (140) with a new spring mattress, utility room, bathroom with shower, entrance and kitchen/living room dining table with 4 chairs and bench. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room that you light up in the winter, firewood is included. Entrance on the east side of the house. There is a garden arrangement in the courtyard where you can enjoy the view of Skårup Sund. Similarly, there is access to the enclosed backyard, where there is also the opportunity to take a break in one of the garden seating arrangements. Other things to note BREAKFAST: The price is excluding breakfast. SWIMMING BRIDGE: The private swimming bridge, 15 meters from the house, can be used freely during the season, just as the public swimming bridge 300-400 hundred meters from here can be used. FIRE: And there's a fire pit in the backyard. WATER: A Grander water vitalization system has been installed on the property, so all water is vitalized before you open the taps. DUVETS, PILLOWS and BED LINEN: All duvets and pillows are with natural filling and extra length, and you can choose your favorite.
