Our land provides ample opportunity for sunbathing, games, swimming, fishing, or having an outdoor fire. End your day taking cover under the largely shaded front deck while enjoying a cookout with family and friends. With a good dose of all seasons, the area is known for Fall foliage, hiking and biking, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skiing, cross county skiing, and of course the famous Lake Champlain for all of you water enthusiasts. Bedroom 1: King Bed W/Lake View | Bedroom 2: Full Bed | Living Room: Sleeper Sofa | Clean linen, pillows, and blankets will be provided for all guests. GENERAL: Free WiFi, Central Air Conditioning, Electric Heat, Electric Hot Water, Linens, Towels, & Pillows. PARKING: Driveway ONLY *NO PARKING/DRIVING ON GRASS* TRASH/RECYCLABLES (Bottles & Cans): 1 Kitchen Trash Container Located Under Kitchen Sink | 1 Large Trash Container Located Outside Garage | 1 Bottles & Cans Container Located Outside Garage. Guests MUST empty all bottles/cans prior to disposal. Spare bags will be located in cabinet below kitchen sink. Once kitchen trash container is filled, please place bag(s) neatly in the 1 Large Trash Container located outside for disposal. GRILLING UTENSILS: Utensils located in closet, outside bathroom door, hanging on left side wall. Please clean after use and return to designated location. Guest access Garage and bedroom closet access will not be permitted. Other things to note Water shoes are highly recommended to prevent slips and/or falls when entering the lake due to slippery rocks. Fire wood for the outdoor fire pit will not be available. Guests must supply their own fire wood which can be purchased at the local Stewarts Shop, a short 2 minute drive from the property. Beach towels, life jackets/vests, swim gear, & swimming accessories will be the guests responsibility to supply their own. There is no smoking permitted during your stay, we thank you in advance for respecting this request. When approaching the rental, a private property/no trespassing sign will be found posted at the top of the driveway. This will ensure that you are headed in the right direction. The driveway is shared with one neighbor. In the event that your vehicle and one of their vehicles are both on the driveway at the same time, DO NOT drive on the grass. Please slowly reverse your vehicle, while staying off the grass, until the neighbor’s vehicle has passed safely. Again, we thank you in advance for respecting this request.
