An additional "half bedroom" offers two twin XL beds in a bunk to help accommodate larger groups. The kitchen is fully stocked with dining ware, along with common cooking utensils. Both the living room and the basement have comfortable couches with smart TVs. The porch swing in the backyard offers incredible views of the Rocky Mountains, including Pikes Peak. Guests may enjoy this scenery while preparing food on the natural gas grill or relaxing on the patio furniture. The home office offers a private work station at a large desk equipped with office supplies and a printer. Guests may do laundry using the washer and dryer with the provided supplies. Ten guests have a bed to comfortably sleep on, but with the two couches, two additional guests will fit just fine. Our listing does allow dogs and though our professional housekeepers do an amazing job, guests with severe allergies to dogs should not stay at this property as trace allergens may remain. The guest assumes all liability regarding the hazards associated with using the bunk bed. Children under six are not allowed on the top bunk. Guests will not have access to the garage and one of bedroom closets. Guest access Guests will receive a unique code to the electronic deadbolt the day of check-in. The garage and some closets are locked off to store our personal belongings for when we use this property. Beyond these areas, all parts of the property are available to guests and not shared. Other things to note The master bedroom is upstairs, however, three bedrooms and the second living room are located in the basement and can only be accessed by walking downstairs. The entrance path requires guests to step over two small stairs to access the first floor.
